What is the Taiwan Arrival Card?⌄

Does every traveller need one?⌄
Holders of a Taiwan resident certificate (ARC) and holders of a resident visa are exempt. Other travellers submit an arrival card before entry.
How will I receive my document?⌄
By email — a confirmation with the official PDF and your arrival card number. At the border you simply present your passport: your card is registered electronically, and the officer may ask to see your confirmation email.
