Independent Private Service

Fill-TDAC is an independent private assistance service operated by AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202501320M, registered in Singapore at 2 Venture Drive, #19-21, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Thailand, any Thai immigration authority, embassy, consulate, ministry, or any other official government agency.

We assist travelers, on their own request and under a limited power of attorney, with the preparation, review, and submission of Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) applications. Our role is strictly that of a private third-party service provider.

Official Government Portal

Travelers may apply directly for the TDAC free of charge through the official Royal Thai Government portal at tdac.immigration.go.th. Using Fill-TDAC is entirely optional. The Service Fee we charge compensates us for our private assistance, expert review, customer support, and submission convenience — not for the government’s issuance of the document itself.

Two-Fee Structure

Our pricing is presented in two parts: the Government Fee (currently US$0 for the TDAC) and the Service Fee charged by Aether Innovations. Service Fees are charged in addition to any government fees that may apply. Card statements will show the descriptor FILLTDAC*TRAVEL.

No Guarantee of Outcome

The approval, refusal, or revocation of a TDAC is the exclusive prerogative of the Thai immigration authority. We do not and cannot guarantee that an Application will be approved, that delivery will occur within any specific time, or that you will be admitted to Thailand on arrival. Any timing estimates we publish are good-faith estimates based on historical performance and are not contractual guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the lesser of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the Service Fee actually paid for the Application giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for entry refusals, denied boarding, missed connections, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Full liability terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

Trademark & Intellectual Property

“Fill-TDAC”, the Fill-TDAC logo, the site design, and all source code are trademarks and intellectual property of AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, resale, or imitation is prohibited and may be pursued in accordance with applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.

Privacy & Refunds

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds of the Service Fee are governed by our Refund Policy. All use of the Service is subject to our Terms of Service.
