About the e-Arrival Card
India's e-Arrival Card is the country's mandatory online arrival declaration. Since 1 April 2026 every foreign visitor must submit it within 72 hours before arrival — it collects passport, flight and accommodation details and generates a QR code shown at immigration. It is separate from, and additional to, your visa.
We ask you only the essentials — passport, flight and where you're staying — check every detail, and submit your e-Arrival Card for you. Your confirmation and QR code are delivered by email, so you clear immigration without last-minute stress.

Within 72 hours before your arrival in India. We handle the timing and submit within the official window.
